How much does Kahya cost?
The private beta is free. If that changes later, the price will be clearly announced before you decide, with no hidden subscription.
Can Kahya see my screen?
Only when you ask for help, so it can understand what is in front of you. Screenshots are temporary and are not kept after processing.
Does Kahya do things for me?
Never. Kahya shows, you do. It does not click or fill in forms on your behalf.
What if I make a mistake?
Kahya rephrases the instruction and shows the right area again. Help increases immediately, without comment or judgement.
Which computers can run Kahya?
The first beta is designed for Macs running macOS 14.2 or later. Other platforms will follow.
Why do I need an account?
Your account keeps your beta access in one place and, if you support a loved one, connects you to their circle. One email is enough, with no password to remember.
Why the name Kahya?
In Turkish, a kâhya was a trusted steward of the home: someone who knew how things worked and helped without seeking the spotlight. That is exactly the role we designed for Kahya.
